Q. How to book for a room?
A. You can book for a room by accessing our booking page, “Book A Room.” There you can choose the best room you want and after that, it will direct you to the payment page. Please note that for payment, we only accept payment from PayPal, wire transfers on selected banks, and credit card payment from major companies such as Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Q. What if I want to cancel after booking?
A. For cancellation concerns, we highly recommend you to read about our terms and conditions. You can cancel only within a specific period of time without any fees. However, beyond that, you already need to pay for the penalties. This is stated to you upon check out. So be sure to take note of the extent of the period of until when you can cancel without charges.

Q. What if I want to change the room choice?
A. Changing rooms are subject for the availability of the rooms and also the subject to fees.

Q. Can I pay the fees upon arrival at the hotel?
A. You can pay for the whole amount upon arrival at the hotel but we require a security deposit for the reservation. You can pay it via wire transfers if you do not have any credit cards or via our PayPal account.

Q. Do you have a function room for events?
A. We do have function rooms here for different types of events. All you need is to send us an email if you want to take a close look at it or if you want to know more about the packages it comes with. In that way, our customers can assist you better.
